Liquid Lightning Energy Drink – look good drinking this.
The energy boost is notable – at 200mg, more caffeine that the average 160mg, and supplement ingredients to support this and avoid the crash.
The flavor is a light, berry flavor – just sweet enough, without the liquid candy corn feeling you might get half way through a regular Monster.
No special points for health – 44g of sugar per 16oz can, standard ingredients.
After some reflection, we’ve decided that we are fans of the Liquid Lightning line-up.
It’s an important and involved decision, really. A recurring theme in most energy drink reviews is whether a drink can stand out in an incredibly crowded marketplace.
Liquid Lightning has now achieved this, with their current can design, flavor, and energy boost. The can design makes the drink feel premium – maybe it’s just me – but it felt like what you’d get served in an ultra-hip nightclub.
